Terms and Conditions for PicturePortal

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the PicturePortal mobile application (the "Service") operated by PicturePortal ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1.1. You may create an account only through Google and Apple. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

1.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

1.3. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Content and Conduct

2.1. You retain all rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.

2.2. By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display the User Content in connection with the Service.

2.3. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content

• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Collect user data without consent

2.4. Users must:

• Secure their account credentials and not share them with others.
• Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under their account.
• Follow all local laws and regulations while using the app.
• Log out from shared devices after use.

2.5. Users must not:

• Use the platform to promote, market, or sell any products or services, whether physical or digital.
• Engage in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
• Sell, trade, transfer, or lease their account credentials to any third party.
• Attempt to monetize their profile or following within the platform.
• Create accounts for the purpose of business promotion or advertising.
• Post job listings or recruitment content.
• Conduct transactions or exchange of goods/services through the platform.
• Use the platform as a marketplace or e-commerce channel in any form.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or hack the app.

3. Zero Tolerance Policy

3.1. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of objectionable content, abusive behavior, or misconduct on our Service.

3.2. Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination without warning.

3.3. We reserve the right to report serious violations to relevant authorities.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PicturePortal and its licensors.

4.2. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Pakistan and foreign countries.

5. Privacy

5.1. Our Privacy Policy, available at https://picture-portal-privacy-policy.vercel.app/, describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

6.1. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PicturePortal.

6.2. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Termination

7.1. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. In no event shall PicturePortal, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8.2. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Disclaimers

9.1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

9.2. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

10.2. We will not notify users of any material changes to these Terms via email and/or through the Service.

10.3. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
